CoWork offers mentoring as professional 1:1 discussions where we go through topics from software architecture and development of complex systems from a sociotechnical standpoint.
The topics are adapted to the context you work in by discussing relevant issues from your organization. We focus on the basic principles of software engineering and product development and through this strengthen what you already know and stand for:
